Pulut tai tai - Blog <b>Resepi Malaysia</b> | Blog <b>Resipi Malaysia</b> Posted: 22 Apr 2014 11:16 PM PDT terasa nak makan pulut yang lain dari biasa tu? meh kita cuba pulak buat pulut masakan baba nyonya....rasanya masakan ni cam biasa jer cumanya bila makan dengan kaya tu terasa lah sedikit kelainan nya... dan dengan menggunakan warna asli dari bunga telang yang cantik ni...kaler biru yang cantik, lemak santan dan wangi bau daun pandan dan manis kaya tu.... sangat nikmat dapat menyuapnya! meh tengok resepinya yang kak rose kopi dari Gert of My Kitchen Snippets ni....mekasih ya sharekan resepi pulut yg sedap nih.. Ingredients: 600g glutinous rice – wash and soak overnight (kak rose rendam -+3jam cam tu jer...) 1. Wash the rice and divide it into two equal portions. Soak one part in water and another part in the blue pea flowers juice. Leave them overnight. Soaking the rice overnight will help in steaming process. 2. Drain both the rice; put them side by side on into a steaming tray. Warm the coconut milk, sugar and salt into the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and mix well. bunga telang yang kak rose kutip ditepi jalan semasa balik dari ber brisk walk pepagi hari.... 3. Drizzle in about half of the coconut milk into the rice. Arrange the pandan leaves on top of the rice and steam the rice over rapid boiling water for 10 minutes. |
Ayam bakar halia - Blog <b>Resepi Malaysia</b> | Blog <b>Resipi Malaysia</b> Posted: 20 Apr 2014 11:17 PM PDT ayam bakar halia yang kak rose masak untuk pengantin ari tu.... walaupun dah lama dan cuma tinggal gambar jer nak jugak tepek kat sini buat kenangan... maklumlah pertama kali buat tugasan ni demi memenuhi permintaan kawan yang mintak tolong.... harap emma dapat terima seadanya. dengan hiasan dari keras tangan kak rose dan terima kasih pada penyumbang resepi ayam bakar halia yang sedap nih. mekasih Ummi, kak rose kongsikan kat sini resepinya ya.. kak rose buat 3 ekor ayam saiz besar....2.5kg each dan belah 2.... so pandai2 la nak gandakan bahan2 tu ya. <b>Resepi</b> Nasi Ayam Best – App Review | Buurps.com : Spontaneous Posted: 07 Apr 2014 01:22 PM PDT We've seen quite many foodie apps from other parts of the world but that doesn't mean Buurps forgotten the local contributors. An app with the name "Resepi Nasi Ayam Best" is obviously about the Malay style chicken rice. What I'm most disappointed about this app is that it had to use "Resepi 1″, "Resepi 2″, "Resepi 3″ instead of the name of the dish itself. What a bummer, perhaps it's a way to increase "ad view" but I think it just hurts their app as a whole. Let's just say short term gain, long term loss. The contents for each recipe looks good though, albeit some parts do look funny like say "Bahan-bahan (2-3 orang)" as it looks like "Ingredients (2 – 3 persons)" – get it? It's like an app for cannibals. And it would've been great if they placed some photos to show what the actual dish looks like, I'm sure many people not from Malaysia would be interested to know what we have. Heck, even locals would love to know more about the Malay chicken rice, I for one love the Malay chicken rice. The app is available at Google Play. |
